Commercial fleet charging infrastructure installation
Heywood electrical have been commissioned to install new charging infrastructure to support national grids electric vehicle fleet. Heywood electrical have delivered a turnkey package to install electrical infrastructure to support 4 No 150kva rapid dc chargers including the below elements of works.

- DNO (network operator )Power upgrade application
- DNO liasing and management of the infrastructure upgrade
- HV switchgear installation
- HV /LV transformer 2000kva installation
- HV sub station GRP building installation
- Concrete slab and associated ground works
- Supply and installation LV 2500 AMP form 4 type 6 switch panel
- Installation of busbar system from transformer to switch panel
- Installation of cable containment infrastructure to support new ev charger cabling
- Installation of cables to support 4 No. 150 kva chargers
- Civil and ground works required on site for the charging network
- Data installation to support the charging management
- Supply and install of 4 No. delta UFC 150 Ultra fast chargers
- Commission system including client demonstration
- Provide 24 /7 service and maintenance team to support continuous operation and keep the systems compliant .
